Monday 26th June – Saturday 1st July 2017
The 6-Day Immersion YTT300 Module 3:
The theory and practice of Anahata Yoga philosophy in Yoga community, personal practice and in daily life
Sunday 2nd July – Friday 7th July 2017
Building on the principals of Anahata Yoga, the Immersions are conceptualised for every experienced Yoga student to expand his/her knowledge about Yoga, and in particular;
Module 2: The theory and practice of bio-mechanics within the structure of Hatha Yoga Asana including Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Mantra.
Module 3: The importance of understanding the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the application of the 8 Limbs of Yoga into daily practice.
These Immersions will be the second and third out of 5 parts with each covering individual aspects. By completion of these five modules, a 300hrs Yoga Alliance certificate will be issued.
The Immersions are delivered in five modules with a flexible structure. Each module may be attended independently and certificates will be issued for each module. This modular approach allows you to integrate your acquired skills straight with your field of expertise, as well as build upon them. Hence, every Immersion guides you to immediately apply what you have learned.
This professional immersion program of Anahata Yoga brings you the most effective aspects of traditional yoga combined with modern science. Designed especially for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners, the program should also be of interest to people from related fields e.g. physiotherapists, Ayurvedic practioners, psychologists, school teachers, coaches etc. The goal is to enable participants to integrate newly acquired knowledge immediately in their practice, teaching and/or work.
With over 50 years of Yoga practice, Peter Clifford generously shares his knowledge from a vast pool of experience.
Hundsmarktmühle, Lake Fuschl, Austria.
First mentioned in 1570, the Hundsmarktmühle is a sought-after mill now used as a venue in the Salzburg lake district. Located on the edge of the forrest, touched by a brook and just a stones throw away from turqoise Lake Fuschl – one of the most beautiful and astounding lakes in the district – the Hundsmarktmühle and its surrounding provide the perfect backdrop for our 6-Day Immersion. Find more information on the Hundsmarktmühle here and for impressions on the region we recommend checking out these panoramic shots.
We have booked the whole mill which offers a large Yoga room, a kitchen, a lounge area and a huge garden. And best of all: you may camp on site in the garden! And for those who don´t like to camp, please get in touch with us for further accomodation options. The brook running by the mill has drinkwater quality and also functions as the “bathroom” for our campers.
Accomodation in the region

The region of the lake district offers some of the most breath-taking and picturesque landscapes around the city of Salzburg. Lake Fuschl, which is a 5min walk from our location is famous for its turqoise-green colour and its drinking-quality water. Plus you get sunsets just like this one below. 😉
