Peter will be teaching this 5-day Yoga Retreat in the natural surroundings of Konga, Sweden. Our venue for this retreat is located on a lake in the forest of Southern Sweden – just 3 hours drive from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Enjoy the magical power of movement and breath while practicing the Dance of Shiva and Shakti, Asana and the Five Element Form to re-energise, revitalise and heal the body and mind, creating health and longevity. Sessions will include the philosophy of Anahata Yoga, Asana, the Five Element Form, Pranayama, guided Yoga Nidra and Meditation, candle gazing and creative visualisation.
